Been using these sleeves for a couple of years. I use them cold when I go to sleep. Gives soreness and arthritis relief. During the night they will be warmed by your body. Feels so good when you wake up in morning.
Oddly soothing even when cold! Haven’t used it hot yet but I bet that’s amazing! I’m actually “icing” my injury with this sleeve. I’ve always hated using ice packs so much that I just wouldn’t do it. Worth the money! I want them all.
After knee replacement surgery, look no where else. TheraICE is the only. Cold relief front, back, sides!
